Tapping

One of My Favorite Tools to Be Your Best You

I present a variety of techniques to Be Your Best YOU, including: Affirmations, Law of Attraction, EFT Acupressure Tapping, Energy Balancing, Essential Oils, Gratitude Enhancers, and more.

Tapping or (EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique) is one my favorite simple tools to release stress responses.  As a form of psychological acupressure, Tapping is based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments for over five thousand years, but without the invasiveness of needles. It is a technique that can be taught easily and can be done on one’s own with quick and effective results and improvements.  While it can’t change a situation, it can change our body’s reaction to that situation and slow down any flight-or-flight response that is triggered unnecessarily. Tapping can replace negative self-talk with a more positive, supportive voice

Like removing the roadblock from a traffic jam, and cars then flow freely and easily - Tapping clears emotional blocks such as worry, fear or guilt to allow energy and emotions to balance and flow more calmly.

For example, you have an overwhelming project causing stress. But, imagine what if you can look to your health toolkit, and with a few minutes of tapping (or one of the other techniques presented) reduce your stress level from a 10/10 to a 6/10 or even a 1/10. The test is still there, but the flight-or-flight stress response is reduced. Tapping and other tools empower people to be actively engaged in their own well-being. EFT Acupressure Tapping is a technique that has helped millions of people reach that result and benefit from lower stress, higher performance and an increased acceptance of the present moment.

Tapping as well other energy techniques are valuable tools to add to our Be Your Best You Toolkit as we move through life, experience stresses, feel overwhelmed, or feel our confidence sink in order to have grit, overcome obstacles, enjoy life and love ourselves.

Empower yourself to improve your general well-being, energy, mindfulness, performance and most importantly increase your happiness and ability to enjoy your day-to-day life!

By learning skills to empower your energy and creating a go-to toolkit of well-being and stress management techniques, you can

Be Your Best YOU ... today and every day!
